The funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019, in the Strickland Funeral Home Chapel, Clermont, Ga. Mrs. Couch is survived by her daughters, Robbie Jean Waters, Anita Ballard, and Joann Chisolm; by her sons, William Jerry Couch and David Bradley Couch; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
