Jimmy Lee Stanford

Mr. Jimmy Stanford, age 69, of Clermont, Ga died on Saturday, March 16, 2019.  Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Christian Hill Baptist Church. Reverend Jimmy Ellis and Reverend Mike Gaines will officiate the service.  Interment will be in the church cemetery following the service.  The Family will receive friends on Monday, March 18, 2019, from 4 – 8 p.m. at Strickland Funeral Home, Clermont, Ga.

Mr. Stanford is survived by his wife, Hilda Godfrey Stanford of Clermont, son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Misty Satterfield of Gainesville, his daughter, Melissa Satterfield of Gainesville, and by his grandchildren Laci Howard, Ethan Satterfield and Evan Satterfield.  Mr. Stanford is also survived by his sister, Glennie Hammond and her husband George of Richmond Hill, Ga, brother-in-law, Hillyer Godfrey and his wife Polly of Maysville, sister-in-law’s, Cathy Cornett and Emily Abernathy both of Gainesville.
